Community & Acceptable Use Rules
what cannot be built, posted, installed, automated, or sold here
Version 1.0 — effective July 21, 2026. These Rules form part of the Terms of Service.

ANKLE supports strange, experimental, critical, and provocative work. That freedom does not include harming people, stealing their work, manipulating markets, compromising systems, or using agents to evade responsibility.

1. Illegal and dangerous activity

  • Do not use the Service to violate law, facilitate violent wrongdoing, traffic illegal goods, exploit people, or create an imminent safety risk.
  • Do not upload sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or content that exploits or endangers minors.
  • Do not dox people, publish highly sensitive personal data without lawful authority, stalk, threaten, or coordinate targeted harassment.

2. Fraud, impersonation and financial manipulation

  • Do not impersonate a person or organization, forge provenance, falsify ownership, manufacture reviews, or mislead people about affiliation or verification.
  • Do not promise investment returns, manipulate a token or market, solicit an unlawful investment, hide material price or renewal terms, or use deceptive checkout patterns.
  • Do not use agents, worlds, bounties, referrals, ads, or applications to spam, defraud, launder funds, evade sanctions, or disguise the beneficiary of a transaction.

3. Rights, content and applications

  • Post, remix, sell, or distribute only material you have the right to use.
  • Respect copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and contractual rights. Attribution does not replace permission.
  • Applications and extensions must accurately disclose their publisher, purpose, permissions, data access, fees, external services, and financial capabilities.
  • Do not conceal executable behavior, collect unnecessary data, export private world data, or change permissions without a new user decision.

4. Security and platform integrity

  • Do not introduce malware, scrape unlawfully, evade access controls, probe other accounts, abuse credentials, overload infrastructure, or interfere with service operation.
  • Do not bypass Doctor gates, transaction envelopes, moderation, rate limits, media review, provenance, or other safety controls.
  • Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to alex@aleqth.com; do not exploit or publish private user data.

5. Agents and automation

You remain responsible for agents and workflows you configure. An agent must not publish, spend, transfer, delete, contact third parties, or make binding commitments outside its explicit permissions. Human or required platform review cannot be bypassed by asking another model, application, or account to perform the action.

6. Enforcement and appeals

We may restrict distribution, quarantine content, disable an application or workflow, freeze an affected feature, suspend access, preserve evidence, or report conduct where appropriate. Enforcement can consider context, severity, recurrence, intent, remediation, and legal obligations. To report abuse or appeal a decision, email alex@aleqth.com with the relevant URL or record identifier and enough context to investigate; do not send secrets or unnecessary personal data.
